D&O / ELPI Insurance

Employment Practices Liability Insurance (ELPI)

This type of insurance covers any sort of personnel or on-the-job related injuries. ELPI will usually cover legal fees and damages for such such as wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, etc. Although very few of these cases rule in favor of the plaintiff, the legal process and costs can be highly disruptive to your business and on average costs over $200,000. We recommend any business with employees to cover themselves with an ELPI policy.

Directors and Officers (D&O)
